Simple rules:

  • no mirror sites
  • don't submit the same content twice
  • don't submit an address that redirects elsewhere
  • no illegal content
  • no "under construction" sites

Submitting to: Small Business

Category description

The Small Business category is a resource-based category aimed at owners and operators of small businesses. It contains sites about small businesses, small business operations, advice for starting a small business, and other resources. Sites generally not listed in this category include: Sites for individual small businesses are not listed here. Most will be listed geographically by the city or town where they are located. Those which offer online sales to a non-local audience may qualify for a listing in the Shopping branch.

  • opt the official name of the site
  • no ALL CAPITALs
  • exclude promotional language

Brief description of site in about 25-30 words.

  • no HTML
  • write complete sentences
  • no ALLCAPS
  • avoid promotional language
  • write at least two, but no more than a dozen tags
  • separate them by spaces or commas
